<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Anthony J. Seitz and Kathleen Seitz

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated December
<br />19, 2002, and recorded December 19, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200214211, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
