<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 08130/08, and recorded on 09105/008, as in Instrument No. 0200807684 filed in the Office
<br />i
<br />of the Register of Deeds or County Clerk of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and executed by Craig M.
<br />i
<br />McIntyre and Amy M. McIntyre, Husband and Wife . as trustor, In which Pinnacle Bank is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deeds have been fully paid and
<br />that such trust deeds and the notes secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as
<br />trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />deeds, the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, with-
<br />out warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely Craig M. McIntyre and Amy M. Mclnt re
<br />Husband and Wife, the partial estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
