THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Tyrell S.
<br />Rust, A Single Person, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April 20, 2005, and recorded April 20, 2005,
<br />Instrument Number 0200503528 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
