<br />DEED OF REC'ONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEEDS ACT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, in order to comply with the terms of
<br />the Nebraska Deed of Trust entered into among Jonathan B Gonifas, whose address is 515 E Bismark
<br />Rd; Grand Island, NE 68801 and Jenny M. Gonifas, whose address is 515 E Bismark Rd, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68801; husband and wife, as joint tenants, not tenants in common, ( "Trustor "); Howard County Bank a
<br />branch of Sherman. County Bank, whose address is St Paul, PO Box $4, St. Paul, NE 68873 (referred to
<br />below sometimes as "Lender" and' °sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Sherman County Bank, whose
<br />address is PO Box 543, Loup City, NE 68853 (referred to below as "Trustee "), dated November 16, 2007,
<br />and recorded on November 21, 2007, entered as instrument NO. 0200709886, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the TRUSTOR the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Sass Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
