Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Dennis E Mccarty and Wendy L McCarty, Husband and Wlfe-,as-Trustorj inwhich <br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated December 3,2003.1 and recorded December <br />12,2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 0200315990 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />~ <br />~ <br />o <br /> <br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by Dennis E McCarty and Wendy L McCarty, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Federal Savings Bank of <br />Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated December 3, 2003, and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200315990, has been <br />paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br />3.
