<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED UPON SALE
<br />FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, TRUSTEE, does hereby grant, transfer and convey, without
<br />covenant or warranty, express or implied, to FIVE POINTS BANK, a
<br />Nebraska Banking, its heirs, devisees, personal representatives,
<br />successors and assigns (hereafter called "GRANTEE "), the following
<br />described real property:

<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, commonly known as 1023 N. Wheeler Avenue,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, accessories
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described property unto the
<br />GRANTEE, its heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors
<br />and assigns.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon
<br />the TRUSTEE by a certain Deed of Trust dated October 22, 2001,
<br />executed by FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, as TRUSTOR,
<br />to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, as TRUSTEE, and TERZZY L. PULLIN$ and JODY L: PULLINS,
<br />husband and wife, as BENEFICIARIES, recorded on October 29, 2001,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 020*0922n f the records of said office, to secure
<br />the payment of one certain Promissory Note in the original amount
<br />of FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY THREE DOLLARS and
<br />THIRTY FOUR CENTS ($44,593.34) and interest as therein provided.
<br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly set
<br />forth in the Notice of .Default recorded July 18, 2008, in the
<br />office of the Registers of 'Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200806176.
<br />On August 5, 2008, a copy of the Notice of Default, with the
<br />recording data shown thereon, was mailed to the TRUSTOR and all
<br />interested parties by certified mail, return receipt requested,
<br />postage prepaid, to the addresses shown in the Affidavit dated
<br />August 5, 2008.
<br />After the lapse of not less than One (1) month, FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, Grand Island, Nebraska, TRUSTEE, in
<br />consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the
<br />terms of the Deed of Trust, did execute a Notice of Trustee's
<br />Sale, stating that the above - described real property would be sold
<br />at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on the first
<br />floor of the Hall County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on November 11, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock A.M.
<br />The Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, Grand Island, Nebraska, a newspaper having general
<br />circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, with the first publication
<br />being.on September 25, 2008, and thereafter on October 2;.2008,
<br />October 9, 2008, October 16, 2008 and October 23, 2008.
<br />On' September 29, 2008, a copy of the Notice of`Trustee's Sale
<br />was''mailed to the TRUSTOR and all interested parties by certified
<br />mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses
