Wheeler Avenue, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, accessories <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging. <br />To have and to hold the above - described property unto the <br />GRANTEE, its heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors <br />and assigns. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon <br />the TRUSTEE by a certain Deed of Trust dated October 22, 2001, <br />executed by FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, as TRUSTOR, <br />to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, as TRUSTEE, and TERZZY L.
