<br />herein called Grantor, and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration received from Grantee, conveys to Kayl Enterprises LLC, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company, herein called Grantee, the following described real estate
<br />in the County of Hall in the State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />The Northerly 52 feet of Lot 4, Block 8, Packer and Barr's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor:
<br />I . is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />for easements, reservations and restrictions of record;
<br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />3. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
