Louise Fiene Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated February 4, 2005, pursuant to Section 30-38,103 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, hereby certifies as follows: (a) Prior to her death, E. Louise Fiene created the Amendment and Restatement ofE. Louise Fiene Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated February 4, 2005 the ("Trust Agreement") and was serving of Trustee of said trust; (b) E. Louise Fiene died on January 16,2008; (c) Pursuant to the Trust Agreement the undersigned is currently serving as the sole Successor Trustee of said trust; (d) The undersigned as Successor Trustee has full power of sale as to any real estate held in the Amendment and Restatement ofE. Louise Fiene Revocable Living Trust dated February 4, 2005, and there are no restrictions imposed upon the undersigned as Trustee in dealing with the assets of the trust; (e) The Trust Agreement is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, E. Louise Fiene; (f) The taxpayer identification number for the Amendment and Restatement ofE. Louise Fiene Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated February 4, 2005 is 26-6199697; (g) The name of each beneficiary and the relationship to the settlor is as follows: Name Relationship C. L. Stevenson Danny L. Stevenson Douglas L. Stevenson Kay Jean Hansen Son Son Son Daughter (h) The jurisdiction of the Trust Agreement is the State of Nebraska; and (i) As Successor Trustee ofthe Trust, the undersigned knows that (a) except as stated hereinabove there are presently and have been since the inception of the Trust no other trustees appointed to serve on behalf ofthe Trust and that Affiant is the sole Successor Trustee at this time; (b) said Trust has not been revoked, amended or terminated and is in full force and effect; and (c) said Trust Agreement contains the appropriate language which provides authority for the Successor Trustee to sell real estate. U) The undersigned further states that there have been no substitution of trustees, and that the undersigned is still authorized and fully empowered to act on behalf of the beneficiaries of said Trust in carrying out the terms of said Trust, including, but not limited to, the sale ofthe above-described real estate.
