Donald J. Walker created a revocable grantor trust known as the Donald J. Walker 2008 Trust <br />dated January 22, 2008, appointing himself and his son, Don D. Walker as Co~Trustees. <br /> <br />2. The following described real estate was conveyed to Donald J. Walker and Don D. Walker, Co- <br />Trustees of the Donald J. Walker 2008 Trust, to-wit: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/aSW%) of Section Nineteen (19), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 61h P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska Parcel #400227762 <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter (SEYol) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Twelve (12), West ofthe 61h P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska <br />Parcel #400227754 <br /> <br />3. Donald J. Walker died on March 17, 2008. a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />4. ARTICLE 1, NAME OF TRUST AND PARTIES, Section 1.3 Successor Trustee on page One (1) <br />of the Donald J. Walker 2008 Trust provides: <br /> <br />"Should either Donald J. Walker or Don D. Walker fail to qualify or cease to act as a <br />Trustee, the successor Trustee shall be Michael D. Walker." <br /> <br />5. Don D. Walker, son of Donald J. Walker has agreed that he will continue to serve as Co-Trustee <br />of the Donald J. Walker 2008 Trust. <br /> <br />6. Michael D. Walker has agreed that he will serve as Co-Trusteeofthe Donald J. Walker 2008 Trust. <br /> <br />7. Each of the undersigned hereby acknowledge that they are authorized under the laws of the State <br />of Nebraska to serve as Co-Trustees and by this document accept the position as a Successor Co-Trustee <br />of the Donald J.
