The contract provided for me to perform remodeling of the kitchen, sunroom, dining <br />room, master bedroom, exterior and roof, office bedroom, basement bathroom, a child's <br />bedroom, and garage. The contract also provided for the addition of a family room, basement, <br />bedroom, hallway, and laundry. The contract provided for me to provide the labor and materials <br />to complete the work. The contract price with allowances was to be from $145,000.00 to <br />$165,000.00. <br /> <br />3. Change orders requested by Greg Rerucha and Lisa Rerucha totaled $77,335.00 of <br />additional labor and materials that I provided and installed on the property. <br /> <br />4. I last furnished labor and materials to the subject property on October 8, 2008. <br /> <br />5. The total cost of the labor and materials is $225,060.45. Greg Rerucha and Lisa <br />Rerucha are entitled to contract allowances of $20,500.00 and they have paid to date $65,689.99. <br /> <br />6.
