<br />Trustee and Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trusts were filed for record in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trusts grant to TierOne Bank,
<br />Trustee the power of sale over the following described real estate:
