DEAN and PAMELA K. DEAN, husband and wife, GRANTORS, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, convey to GRANTEES, as follows: <br />An undivided one -half interest to MICHAEL S.
