<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Leo J. Mostek and Laura M. Mostek, husband and wife, Trustor, to Union Bank &
<br />Trust Company, Trustee dated February 27, 2008 and filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on March 14, 2008 as Instrument #
<br />200802153 has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />The Easterly 161.8 feet of Lot One (1), Valley View Second Subdivision, in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
