<br />Pioneer Trail Energy, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, whose mailing address is
<br />7878 South 140th Road, Wood River, Nebraska, 68883 hereinafter called "COMPANY," its
<br />successors and assigns, and the following named persons, herein, whether singular or plural, called
<br />"O\VNER," namely:

<br />WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations received, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br />and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement ~feet in width,
<br />being 25 feet left, and 25 feet right of the center line as laid out and/or surveyed, or as fmally
<br />installed on the hereinafter described lands, together with the right to construct, operate, maintain,
<br />repair, increase the capacity of, remove, and replace a gas pipeline or lines, including necessary pipes,
<br />poles, and fixtures, through, over, under and across the following described real estate, situated in the
<br />County of Hall State of Nebraska Additionally, OWNER does hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br />and convey unto COMPANY, its successors and assigns,

<br />A tract ofland located in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E Y2 SW V4) of Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows;

<br />Commencing at the Southeast Comer of the Southwest Quarter (SW V4) of said Section 13; thence S
<br />89038'51"W (assumed bearing) along the south line said Southwest Quarter a distance of332.50 feet
<br />to the PLACE OF BEGINNING; thence continued S 89038' 51"W along said south line a distance of
<br />50,00 feet; thence N 00056' 15"W a distance of88.67 feet; thence N 89049'49"E a distance of63.00
<br />feet; thence N 00015'35"E a distance of2,140.74 feet; thence N 03052'30"E a distance of 409.43 feet
<br />to the north line said Southwest Quarter; thence N 89030'39"E along said north line a distance of

<br />Should additional pipelines be laid under this grant, at any time, an additional consideration equal to
<br />the consideration paid for this grant, calculated on a lineal rod basis, shall be paid for each additional
<br />line.
