<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 30,2003 executed by Wing Properties, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor(s), in
<br />which Geneva State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is
<br />recorded in Inst. #0200316570 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
<br />Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
<br />has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust
<br />in following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />The Easterly One-third (1/3) of Lot Seven (7), Lot Eight (8), and the Westerly One-third (1/3) of
<br />Lot One (1) all in Block Fifty-four (54) in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except the triangular parcel of ground in the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 8, conveyed to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska by Special Warranty Deed in Book 96, Page 562.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed this 28th day of November 2008.
