<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT -:- WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by DOYLE BENSON, AND CAROL BENSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />as Trustor and Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded on the 3RD day of
<br />APRIL, 2007, at the Recorders office, HALL County, Nebraska, INSTRUMENT #0200702649,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents
<br />grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust-Deed, in and to the following.described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
