<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, for good and valuable consideration received upon the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Gordon O'Neill, Husband and Colleen O'Neill, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and
<br />Beneficiary, dated August 21, 2008, and recorded August 22, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200807305, said Beneficiary does hereby request
<br />that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, for such consideration and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />persons entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to said premises:

<br />"Lot Nine (9), situated on the East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake;' and-being OJ}
<br />a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (El/2SWl/4) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, having lake front footage of Eighty (80) feet."

<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premIses.
<br />
<br />THIS DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE shall not constitute payment in full of all sums
<br />due and owing upon the indebtedness secured by this Deed of Trust nor shall this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be construed as a release of any such indebtedness or security interest in any other
<br />property securing such indebtedness nor a reconveyance of this Deed of Trust as to any other property
<br />described therein.
