<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Part of Lot Twenty Six (26) of County Subdivision of the W'12 of the SWl4 of Section 10, Township 11
<br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at a
<br />point where the easterly line of Cherry Street intersects with the south line of Twelfth Street in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, thence southerly along and upon the easterly line of said Cherry Street for a
<br />distance of 159.5 feet, thence easterly parallel to the southerly line of Twelfth Street a distance of 131
<br />feet, thence northerly, parallel to the easterly line of Cherry Street a distance of 159.5 feet to the
<br />southerly line of Twelfth Street, thence westerly along and upon the southerly line of Twelfth Street a
<br />distance of 131 feet to the point of beginning..

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by suchUeed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
