<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deeds of Trust dated June 12,2001, and April 15, 2004, executed by Jimmie L.Tuma and Mary
<br />Katherine Tuma, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which wa,s recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on June 19,2001, recorded as Instrument No. 0200105857, and on April 21,
<br />2004, recorded as Instrument No 0200403887, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described. in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Eleven (I 1), Block One (I), Brentwood Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate nOW held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of November, 2008.
