<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEE;DS ACT

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS, the BENEFICIARY has requested, in writing, that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below, in order to comply with the terms of
<br />the Nebraska Deed of Trust entered into among Justin M. Tollman, whose address is 214 West
<br />Copenhagen St, Dannebrog, NE 68831 and Tami M. Tollman, whose address is 214 West Copenhagen
<br />St, Dannebrog, NE 68831; husband and wife, as joint tenants, not tenants in common, ("Trustor"); Howard
<br />County Bank a branch of Sherman County Bank, whose address is St Paul, PO Box 84, St. Paul, NE
<br />68873 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Sherman County
<br />Bank, whose address is PO Box 543, Loup City, NE 68853 (referred to below as "Trustee"), dated August
<br />15,2008, and recorded on August 18, 2008, entered as instrument NO, 0200807169, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />BENEFICIARY named therein, the undersigned as TRUSTEE does, by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the TRUSTOR the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Lot Five (5), in R & B Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
