Depue, Attorney at Law, of Hall County, <br />Nebraska is named as Trustee, the undersigned trustee has exercised the power of sale in the manner <br />provided by law; has caused a notice of default to be given, recorded and served in the manner <br />provided by law; and has caused a notice of sale to be given, published and served in the manner <br />provided by law; and has conducted the Trustee's Sale in the manner provided by law; and in all other <br />respects has complied with the provisions of Neb.
