<br />PURSUANT TO THE POWER OF SALE granted to the Trustee in the Deed of Trust executed
<br />on the 2nd day of August, 2005, and recorded on the 3rd day of August, 2005 as Instrument #
<br />0200507518 in the Hall County Register of Deeds in which Prairie Creek Auto Sales, Inc., a Nebraska
<br />Corporation, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, is named as Trustor, Grand Island Pump Co,
<br />a Nebraska Corporation is named Beneficiary, and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska is named as Trustee, the undersigned trustee has exercised the power of sale in the manner
<br />provided by law; has caused a notice of default to be given, recorded and served in the manner
<br />provided by law; and has caused a notice of sale to be given, published and served in the manner
<br />provided by law; and has conducted the Trustee's Sale in the manner provided by law; and in all other
<br />respects has complied with the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. Sections 76-1001 to 76-1018, as
<br />amended;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said SuccessorTrustee,pursuanttoNeb. Rev. Stat. Section 76~1010,
<br />as amended, the Successor Trustee does by these presents convey to the purchaser, Jim E. Kuszak, the
<br />trustee's title and all right, title, interest and claim of the trustor and his successors in interest and of
<br />all persons claiming by through and under them, in and to the following described real property, to wit:

<br />a tract of land 165 feet wide east and west by 264 feet long north and south
<br />conveyed by the Lincoln Company to School District No. 54 of Hall County by
<br />Deed dated December 30, 1888 filed in the Deeds Book 11, Page 293 in Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds.
