Stauss, a single person, Mark J. Stauss, a <br />married person and Tracy L. Stauss, his spouse, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska <br />Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument <br />#0200801836 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 5th day of March, 2008 <br /> <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot One Hundred Thirteen (113), Larue Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 21 st day of November, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ~ <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 21 Sl day of November, <br />2008, by Edward M.
