Eilts, Trustors under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 30, 2005 as <br />Instrument No. 0200511801, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Nine (9), Meves First Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
