Riedy and Kristin Riedy, husband and wife, as Borrower, in favor of Fidelity <br />National Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, and Jerry L. Simonds and Juanita M. <br />Simonds as Beneficiary, and filed for record On October 17, 1997 as Document No. 97- <br />108686, which Deed of Trust was assigned to Douglas C. Luth and Sherry L. Luth by an <br />Assignment dated November 13, 1997 and recorded as Document No. 97-109741, and <br />further assigned to Jerry L. Simonds and Juanita M. Simonds by an Assignment of Deed <br />of Trust dated January 4, 2001 and recorded as Document No~ 20b 214414, all in the <br />Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and the <br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest <br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following <br />described property: <br /> <br />The Westerly Thirty-Six (36) Feet of the Northerly Eighty-Two (82) Feet of Lot <br />Four (4) in Block One Hundred Four (104), in Railroad Addition to the city of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br /> <br />State of Illinois ) <br />) ss <br />County of Cook ) <br /> <br />This instrument was acknowledged before me On December 30, 2002 by John 1.
