Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 8, 2008 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />RECORDED OCTOBER 8. 2008 AS INSTRUMENT #200808601 IN HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE. <br /> <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of <br />Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Twenty Two (22), Block One (1), Knickrehm Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2120 N SYCAMORE ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. The Real Property tax <br />identification number is 400053322. <br /> <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br /> <br />MATURITY DATE OF DEED OF TRUST SHALL CHANGE FROM OCTOBER 1,2009 TO NOW BE DECEMBER 1,2015. <br /> <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remein unchanged and in full <br />force and effect.
