I 84,- 006256 r 15. RECONVEYANCE BY TRUSTEE. Upon written request of Bene- ficiary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust and the note to Trustee for cancella- tion and retention and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's fees, Trustee shall reconvey to Trustor, or to the person or persons legal- ly entitled thereto, without warranty, any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyanceofiany matters or racts shall be conclusive proof of the truthfulnes's there- of.
