<br />1. Mortgagor has execut€d and delivered to r.brtagee a real estate ITPrtgage dated
<br />Decanber 14, 1983, and recorded on Decenber 15, 1983, as Doct..nnentNc. 8~006582in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consid~tion of a
<br />certain ITPrtgage note for $33,602.29, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor,
<br />and payment of the ranainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be
<br />due according to the terms of the aforementioned real estate ITPrtgage, rrodiIied. and
<br />payable in the following manner:
<br />
<br />A ITPrtgage note dated Decenber 14, 1983, on which a principal
<br />balance of $24,553.50 now ranainsunpaid, will be repaid on
<br />NOvEmber 19, 1984, at an interest of 1.5% over ONB Base Rate,
<br />adjusted as the ONB Base Rate changes.
<br />
<br />2, All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate mortgage
<br />dated DecEmber 14, 1983, shall ranain the same, and this Modification Agreanentis,rmme,
<br />a part of the original real estate ITPrtgage by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
