<br />and valuable consideration and pursuant to an Order of the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska in Case No, 85-046, has transferred to
<br />Val Jean Engle, the party of the second part, and by these presents,
<br />does assign and transfer unto the said party of the second part. all
<br />of his right, title and interest in and to a certain Indenture of
<br />Mortgage bearing the date of June 18, 1981, made by Estelle T. Giesenberg,
<br />a single person, in favor of James D. Engle and Val Jean Engle,
