BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1118 in the City of Grand Island, Nebrfi~ka. is hereby creat.cd. Beginning at the junction of the South line of Fourth Street and the East line of Vine Street, said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot 4.
