I L I' ~ r I ~ I i [ ~ f f: ~ Uo 4 ......., on c;, 00 '1 VUUU'..1 RELEASE OF LEASE WHEREAS, Hospital Authori ty No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska (the "Authority"), as lRRGOr, and Saint Francis Medical Center (the "Corporation") as lessee, have entered into that certain Lease (the "Lease") dated as of October I, 1976 filed November 9, 1976, as Document No. '16-006512 of the Records of Hall County, NebrasKa covering the real estate described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and WHEREAS, the Authority has issued and sold its Revenue Bonds, Series A (St. Fr:1ncis :1..,,'~, ,'1 P";)jer:t,' in the aggregate principal amount of $9,380,000 (the "Series A Bonds") under and pursuant to the provisions of that certain Trust Indenture dated as of October 1, 1976 (the "Indenture") from the Authority to National Bank of Commerce Trust and Savings Association, as Trustee (the "Trustee"); and wrlEREAS, toe Authority assigned under the Indenture all of its right, title and interest in and to the Lease to the Trustee; and WHEREAS, the Authority has executed and delivered to the Trustee that certain First Supplemental Indenture dated as or August 1, 1984 (the f~ Fi I"'S t Supplemental Indenture"); and WHEREAS, the Authority has caused certain United States Treasury Obligat.ions (the "Gover'nment Securities") to be purchased and deposited with 1:he Trustee, in trust under the Indenture as amended and supplemented by the First Supplemental Indenture; which Government Securities together with the investment income 1-6 I t....
