<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />In consideration of the extension of the time of payment of the original promissory
<br />note hereinafter described, the undersigned, Larry W. Fowle and Barbara A. Fowle
<br />Husband and Wife , hereby covenant and agree to pay to The First
<br />National Bank of Grand Island now Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association,
<br />or order. the principal sum of Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Fift-one and
<br />($16,451.39** ), together wit 1nterest t ereon at 15.00 percent per annum
<br />from the date hereof. such sum to be payable on AUQust 1. 1993 Interest
<br />shall be payable at maturity on Auqust 1. 1993
<br />
<br />The original principal note in the amount of Twenty-one Thousand Ei9~t H~nj,rf~ Sixty-
<br />two and 25/100----------------- ($ 21,862.25** ) was execute an e 1Yered
<br />by the undersigned under the date of Nov~ber 5. 1982 , to The First National
<br />Bank of Grand Island, now Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, and was
<br />due and payable on the _ 5th _day of September .1983. together with interest at
<br />17.80 percent per annum and secured by a Oeed of Trust for benefi t . of The. First
<br />National Bank of Grand Island now Norwest Bank Granct Island, National Association.
<br />recorded as Uocument No, 82-004896 in the Register of Oeeds office, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska

<br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Sixteen Thousand
<br />Four Hundred Fifty-one and 89/100-----($ 16,451.8~** ), together with
<br />interest thereon at 15.0C percent per annum, such principal and interest to be

<br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Deed of Tr~st
<br />above described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and
<br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment--
<br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become
<br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof.
<br />
<br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness,
<br />I hereby ratify and confirm such Deed of Trust recorded as Document No. 82~
<br />in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska , as
<br />thes~~~~! lien upon the real property described therein.
<br />
<br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the faith
<br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter
<br />may acquire; the express i~te~ticn being to charge and to continue to charge any and
<br />all of such property with the payment of the indeotedness, the payment of which is
<br />herein extended.
