<br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEt1ENT made and entered into this 23rd
<br />day of October, 1984, by and between FRANCIS S, SCHEPERS, Agent
<br />for K_~FEN M. LONGIN and heT children, KEVIN C, LONGIN, TERI LYNN
<br />LONGIN, KARL T, LONGIN, and ANN MARIE LONGIN; and SANDRA L, POLLOCK
<br />and her children, GINA MARIE GIOMBETTI, ANTHONY FRANCIS GIOMBETTI,
<br />STEVEN ~~RIO GIOMBETTI and TERESA A. GIOMBETTI, Party of the
<br />Fir$t Part, and RONALD H, SPIEHS and JEAN ANN SPIERS, as tenants
<br />in common to each an undivided one-half. interest thereiu, -whether
<br />one or more in number, Party of the Second Part;

<br />WITNESSETH, WHEREAS on March 1, 1974, Francis S. Schepers
<br />and Teresa A, Schepers, Husband and Wife, sold to Party of the
<br />Second Part, Buyer, the following described property, to-wit:

<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(l-rw-%:NE~) and the East Half of tile No-rtne-aSL' Quar"t:e:r
<br />(E~NE~) of Section 2, Township 10, North, Range II,
<br />West of the 6th P.M" Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />sale to include an electric motor on irrigation well;
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS, Fraud.s S ': per~ am' Teresa A, Schepers,
<br />Husband and Wife, have heretofoT' assig;neu their interest in
<br />said contract to the above ment10ned parties of the First Part;
<br />
<br />AND WHEREAS, under said agreement of March 1, 1974, there
<br />was due and payable on March 1, 1984, the sum of $78,500.00
<br />principal. and $5,887.50 interest or a total balance due of
<br />S84,387,:>0;

<br />AND WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the final
<br />settlement date and modify the interest rate in this matter;
<br />
<br />AND wrlEREAS, the parties mutually agree to the same,

<br />the Parties hereby agree as follows:

<br />i. That/the sale agreement dated March 1, 1974, be
<br />extended until April 23, 1985 and that interest at the rate of
<br />Fourteen Percent (14%) Per Annum on said unpaid balance of
<br />~84,387,50 be due and payable commencing on ~~rch 1, 1984, with
<br />the f~rst interest payment due on October 23. 1984, of $7,638,80
<br />and said balance with interest at 14% from said date of October
<br />23, 1984 until the same is fully paid on or before April 23. 1985,
<br />
<br />That all other terms and conditions of the agreement
<br />dated March 1, 1974 be and the same hereby are reaffirmed by the
<br />parties.

<br />3 This agreement shall extend to and be binding upon
