That a copy of the attached plat and description be filed with the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, and replace the plat and description filed in Document No. 81-000699. 6. That a copy of this Order be certified by the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska; and that said County Judge is hereby authorized and directed to make payment to the plaintif.f. in the sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred and no/lOO Dollars ($4,400.00) from the funds heretofC'-~ deposited with said County Judge by the defendant, a. 1 ~'O return t.he balance of said funds, if any, to the defendant. 7. That a copy of this Order be certified by the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, to the Regis- ter of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Register of Deeds is hereby directed to file this Order and attached plat and description. The Register of Deeds is further di- rected, after recording this Order and attached plat and description to return them to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, Legal Office, P.O. Box 94759, Lincoln, NE 68509. 8. That each party shall bear all of its own costs and expenses herein except that the costs of filing in the County Judge's office, the Register of Deeds' office, the Clerk of the District Court's office and necessary certified copies of the Order of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, be charged to the defendant. 9.
