<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by Charles W, Albright
<br />to Custer Federal Savings & Loan Association of Broken Bow as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
<br />The Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund), the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />July 7, 1982 and recorded in the office of t:he Register of Deeds
<br />or- Hall County, Nebraska, as INST, NO. 82..,00]053
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by ~ts endorse
<br />ment below;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does
<br />by these presents, grants, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises
<br />but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Seventy-two (72), and the South Half ~; af Lot Sevetity-one (71), of
<br />Buenavista- Subdivision, to the ~ity of Grand Island, Nebraska,' of part of the
<br />mv~ of Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Excepting
<br />therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded
<br />in Register of Deeds as Doc. #78-007450.
