<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL COREPRESENTATIVES

<br />Bernard Becker and Walter Becker, Personal Corepresentatives
<br />of the Estate of Bertha Becker, deceased, GRANTORS, convey and
<br />release an undivided one-twelfth (1/12) interest to Bernard Becker,
<br />an undivided one-twelfth (1/12) interest to Walter Becker, an
<br />undivided one-twenty-fou~th (1/24) interest to Robert Frederick
<br />Becker, and an undivided one-twenty-fourth (1/24) interest to
<br />Louise K. Murcek, GRANTEES, in and to the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Section 76-201 of the Revised St~tutes of
<br />Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE~ NE~)
<br />of Section Twenty-Five (25), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, less the tract conveyed by Quitclaim Deed to
<br />The State of Nebraska filed of record in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 11, 1963, recorded in Book 141 of Deeds, at page 258,
<br />and less the tract condemned for highway purposes shown
<br />in the Appraiser's Report filed ,~ the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall Cour:tv, 'febraska on April 10,

<br />GRANTORS have determ1ned the GRANTEES are the persons entitled
<br />to distr1but1on of the real estate from the Estate of Bertha Becker,
<br />deceased. GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES, jointly and severally,
<br />that GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey and
<br />release the real estate to GRANTEES in the undivided interests as
<br />descr1bed in th1s Deed.
