Nightser, doing business as Night- ser's Bakery, an individual, doing business in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, is indebted to the Unemployment Compen- sation Fund of the State of Nebraska for contributions due on his employment for the third and fourth quarters of 1983, and the first and second quarters of 1984, in the sum of $778.80, and interest in the sum of $27.81, with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $778.80, from September 30, 1984. By reason there'cf, said "laid E. Sorensen, Commissioner of Labor, on behalf of the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Nebraska, hereby claims a lien in the sum of $806.61, with interest at the rate of one percent per month on the sum of $778.80, until paid, upon any and all property, real or personal, of said Mark A.
