<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P,M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Husker
<br />Highway, said point being Five Hundred Seventy Nine (579.0) Feet West and Fifty
<br />Five (55.0) Feet North of the Southeast corner of said Section Twenty Seven
<br />(27); thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section Twenty Seven
<br />(27) and along the North line of said Husker Highway, a distance of One
<br />Thousand Four Hundred Five and Fifty Six Hundredths (l,405.56) Feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 08028'30" and running Northwesterly a distance of Three
