DULLuweL~ shall keep the <br />property in a neat and clean cond1t10n, and all improvements, now <br />or hereafter on said premises, shall be kept in good repair. Bor- <br />rowers shall not permit nor commit waste on said premises nor abandon <br />said premises, <br /> <br />4, Protection of Security.
