Meyer, and others <br />are defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an <br />accounting from said defendants of the amount due plaintiff on <br />the mortgage dated the 23rd day of February , 19~, <br />and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 24th day of February , 19' 78 , <br />as Document No. 78-001018 , wherein Jimmv L.---- <br />Mever and Jean M.
