<br />To the extent of the Trustor's estate, right, title and interest to the
<br />Property as defined below, the Trustor hereby irrevocably grants, transfers
<br />and assigns to Trustee, its successors and assigns, IN TRUST, WITH POWER
<br />OF SALE and right of entry and possession, all of Trustor's estate, right,
<br />title and interest in, to and under and grwlts to Ben'~fiCiary- a s.ec_urlty
<br />interest in any and all of the following described property which is (except
<br />where the context otherwise requires) herein individually and cOllectively
<br />c911ed the "Property i n whether now owned or h-eld or hereafter acquireQ~ _-and
<br />any proceeds thereof or accessions thereto, including:
<br />

<br />(A) That certain real property, more particularly deseribedin Exhll:lit
<br />"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, together with
<br />"iii1'of the easements, common elements, limited common elements, Borrower's
<br />interest in Class A-Limited Property, Class B-Limited Property aud Clas$ C
<br />Property, rights, privileges, franchises and appurtenances thereunto. be--
<br />longing or in any way appertaining (hereinafter referred to as the "P'rein~
<br />ises"), and all of the estate, right, title, interest, claim and dema."id. what-
<br />soever of Trustor therein or thereto, either at law or in equity, in possession
<br />or in expectancy, now or hereafter acquired;
<br />
<br />(B) All structures, buildings and improvements of every kind and
<br />description now or at any time hereafter located on the Premises (hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Improvements"), including all equipment, apparatus,
<br />machinery, fixtures, fittings, and appliar :-<>s and any additions to, substitu-
<br />tions for, changes in or replacGmentr '.C< the wh";<l or any part thereof,
<br />including such of the foref"oing as rr' ," De used in connection with the gen-
<br />erating or distributing of air, water, heat, electricity, light, fuel or re-
<br />frigeration or for ventilating or sanitary purposes or for the exclusion of
<br />vermin or insects, or for the removal of dust, refuse or garbage, now or at
<br />any time hereafter affixed to, attached to, placed upon or used in any way in
<br />connection ~jth the use, enjoyment, occupancy or operation of the Premises
<br />or any portion thereof;

<br />(C) All articles of personal property and any additions to, substitutions
<br />for, changes in or replacements of the whole or any part thereof (hereinafter
<br />referred to as the "Personal Property"), including without limitation all
<br />built-in furniture and installations, shelving, partitions, door-stops, vaults,
<br />elevators, dumbwaiters, awnings, window shades, Venetian blinds, light
<br />fixtures, fire hoses and brackets and boxes for the same, fire sprinklers,
<br />alarm systems, drapery rods and brackets, screens. linoleum, carpets,
<br />plumbing. laundry tubs and trays, iceboxes, refrigerators, heating units.
<br />stoves, ovens, water heaters, incinerators, furniture and furnishings, com-
<br />munication systems, all specifically designed installations and furnishings and
<br />all of said articles of property, the specific enumerations herein not excluding
<br />the general, now or at any time hereafter affixed to. attached to. placed
<br />upon or used in any way in connection with the use, enjoyment, occupancy or
<br />operation of the Premises or the Improvements or any portion thereof and
<br />owned by Trustor or in which Trustor now has or hereafter aCQuires an
<br />interest, . and all building materials and equipment now or hereafter -delivered
<br />to the Premises and intended to be installed or placed in or about the
<br />Improvements;
<br />
<br />(D) All right, title and interest of Trustor in and to all streets, roads
<br />and public places, opened or proposed. and all easements and rights of way,
<br />vaults, public or private, revocable licenses tenements, hereditaments, rights
<br />and appurtenances, now or hereafter used in connection with, belonging or
<br />appertaining to. the Premises;
<br />
<br />(E) All of the rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenue, income, pro-
<br />ceeds and other benefits of the Property (the "Rents and Profits"), including
<br />the Trustor's interest in the real estate described in Exhibit "A" attached
<br />hereto and incorporated by this reference, or arising from the use or enjoy-
<br />ment of all or any portion thereof 01' from any lease 01' agreement pertaining
<br />thereto, and all right, title and interest of Trustor in and to all leases of the
<br />Property, including the real estate described in Exhibit "A" now or hereafter
<br />entered into and all right, title and interest of Trustor thereunder, includ-
<br />ing, without limitation, cash or securities deposited thereunder to secure
<br />performance by the lessees of their obligations thereunder. whether said cash
<br />or securities are to be held until the expiration of the terms of said leases or
