<br />certain real property situated in Hall County, Neb.raska, 1tlOre
<br />particularly described in Exhibit nA" attached hereto andincor-
<br />porated herein by this reference, together with all the shrubs,
<br />trees, plants, crops, easements, rights, privileges, franchises,
<br />appurtenances, oil, gas, mineral, water and water rights (whether
<br />riparian, appropriate or otherwise, and whether or not
<br />appurtenant), used in connection therewith, thereunto belonqing
<br />or in any way appertaining and all of the estate, riqht, title,
<br />interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the Debtor therein or
<br />thereto, either in law or in equity, in possession or expectancy,
<br />now or hereafter acquired (the "Pre, .'.ses").

<br />All right, title and interest of the Debtor in and to all
<br />structures, buildings and improveffients of every kind and descrip-
<br />tion now or at any time hereafter located upon the Premises (the
<br />"Improvements") 1 including all fixtures incorpcrated therein, and
<br />any addition to, substitutions for, changes in or replacements of
<br />the whole or any part thereof, including such of the foregoing as
<br />may be used in connection with the generating or distributing of
<br />air, water, heat, electricity, light, fuel or refrigeration or
<br />fer ventilation ,"-"..L sanitary purposes or for the exclusion of
<br />vermin or insects, or for the removal of dust, refuse or garbage,
<br />now or any time hereafter affixed to, attached to, placed upon or
<br />used in any way in connection with the use, enjoyment, occupancy
<br />or operation of the Premises or any portion thereof; provided,
<br />however, that the Improvements shall not include furniture,
<br />equipment, machinery, apparatus and articles of personal property
<br />owned by the Company or any subtenant of the Company.

<br />streets, roads and public places opened or proposed, and all
<br />easements and rights-of-way, public or private, tenements,
<br />hereditaments, rights and appurtenances, now or hereafter used ~n
