Section 2.10 No Additional Bonds. It will not issue any additional industrial develoPment revenue bonds with respect to the Project, or which would>be secured in whole or in part by the Project, other than the Bond, whether on a parity with or subordinate to the Bond, without the prior written consent of the Bondholder. Section 2.11 Opera1:i:~n_; n Eve~~ "Jf Repossession. In the event the Issuer should exerd.se the right of repossession of the Project, in lieu of terminating the Lease, it shall administer, operate and otherwise handle the Project in such prudent and businesslike manner as shall protect and enhance to the fullest extent feasible the rights and interest of the Bondholder in the Project: provided, however, the Issuer shall not be required to operate the Project as a business or in any manner except as the lessor thereof. Not to Sell, Encumber or Pledge. Except for the Lease or the transfer of the Project pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Lease, it will not sell or encumber the Project or any part thereof, or permit the same to be sold or encumbered (except for Permitted Encumbrances), and will not pledge or assign the revenues and income to be received under the Lease or any part thereof, or permit the assignment or pledge thereof, other than pursuant to the Assignment of Rents. Section 2.12 Sect.ion 2.13 To Observe Lawful Regulations. , .'
