<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Lyle E. Richards and Susan
<br />C. Richards, husband and wife; Gordon L, Melkus and Rona Rae I;
<br />Melkus, husband and wife; and Richard L. Carpenter and Carole E.
<br />Carpenter, husband and wife, GRANTORS, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., formerly The
<br />First National Bank of Grand Island,'Grand Is1and, Nebraska, GRANTEE-,
<br />the following described real estate:

<br />Lots Four (4) and Five (5), Grand Island Industrial
<br />Foundation Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and app~rtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead,
<br />claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof,
<br />in consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the two
<br />mortgages to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, recorded December 31, 1979, as Document No. 79-008358 and
<br />a second mortgage recorded October 29, 1980 as Document No. 80-006123,
<br />both filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />
<br />This Deed is an d~isol~tc __ ~eyance, the Grantors having con=
<br />veyed said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consid~
<br />eration, such consideration being full satisfaction of the obligations
<br />secured by the mortgages of Grantors recorded as Documents 79-008358
<br />and 80-006123, together with cancellation of the Promissory Notes given
<br />by Grantors with the above mortgages,
<br />
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than
<br />this Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real
<br />estate,
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described real estate with
<br />the appurtenances thereto, unto the said Norwest Bank Grand Island,
<br />N.A" and its successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors,
<br />for themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successor and assigns, that the Grantors
<br />are lawfully siezed of said premises; that the Grantors have good
<br />and lawfully authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors
<br />warrant and will defend the title to said premises unto the said
<br />Grantee and its successors and assigns agaInst the lawful claims
<br />of all persons whomsoever,
