BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, SECTION 1. Water Main District No. 369 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. is hereby created for the laying of a twelve inch and a six inch water main with its appurtenances to serve Capital Heights Fourth :-,',">division. Capital Heights Fifth Subdivision, Capital Helghts $;xt.h. S\.'cdiv ~'I~, Jack Voss Second Subdivision.. and Jack Voss Horse Country Club Subdivision. SECTION 2. The boundaries of such water main district shall be as follows: I I ~I ~l is -' <( "" w ~ Beginning at the Southwest corner of Jack Voss Second Subdivision: thence easterly along the southerly ine of Jack Voss second Subdivision and its prolongation a distance of one thousand three hundred twenty (1,320.0) feet to a point on the West line of Capital Heights Third Subdivislon; thence northerly a distance of thirty~five and three- tenths (35.3) feet to the Southwest corner of Capital Heights Fourth Subdivision: thence easterly along the southerly line of Capital Heights Fourth Subdivision and its prolongation a distance of one thousand fuur hundred forty-five and five hundredths (l,445.05) feet. thence northerly parallel to and one hundred fifty (150.0) feet East of the West line of the Southeast Quarter {SE 1/4) of Section Two (2). Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P~M..
