BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION i. Water Main District No. 368 in the City of Grand Island_ Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of a twelve inch and a six inch water main with its appurtenances to serve Capital Heights First Sl .~vision, Capital Heights Second Subdivision, Capital Helgnts Third $ubdi'li:" ~.oJieser Svbcavision, Blauvelt Subdivision, Claussen Subdivision, and Jack Voss Subdivision.
