BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Water Ma1n District No, 367 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created for the laying of a twelve inch and a six inch water main with its appurtenances to serve Jenkinson Subdivision and Northwest High School.
