84 -005384 r i ORDINANCE NO. 7125 An ordinance creating Street Improvement District No. 1117; defining the boundaries of the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by pavin9# guttering, and all incidental work in connection therewith; and providing the effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No, 1117 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hereby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows. Beginni~g at the junction of the East line of Sycamore Street and the North line of Fourth Street; thence proceeding westerly along the North line of Fourth Street for a distatH:.... :If 80 feet. thence deflecting left in a southerly dire<:tion along ._' ',e.5t line of sycamore Street for a distance of 1,191 fpet more 0: ~zs; thence deflecting left in an easterly direction dlong the SOUth line of Third Street for a distance of 80 feet; th~nce dcfl€c~ing left in a northerly direction along tb~ East line of Sycamore Street for a distance of 1~191 feet~ more or less, to the point of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit -A- attached hereto dnd incorporated herein by reference. SECTION}, The fallowing street in the district shall be improved by paving, curbing~ guttering. and all incidental work in connection ther~with: Sycamore Street underpass between Third Street and Fourth Street. Sa~d iJl~rovewent5 shdll be made in accordance with plans and specifications p~epared by the Engineer for the City and approved by the Mayor and Counci14 SECTION,. The ~mprovements shall be made at public cost, but the cost thereof. excluding inter5ectio(J~, shall be 35ses~ed upon the lots and lands in the district specially benefited thereby as provided by law. SECTION 5, Th~s ordlnance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication~ without the plat. as provided by law. SECTION 6, Th~s ordinance, with the plat, is hereby directed to be filed in tbe off.l.ce of the Register of Deeds. Hall County, Nebraska. SECTiON 7.
