<br />received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto STEVE CROOKER, herein called the
<br />Grantee, the following-described real property in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:

<br />A tract of land in Lot One (I) Mainland, Section Eleven
<br />(Ill, Lots Three (3) and Four (4) Island, Section
<br />Eleven (11), and the Southwest Quarter (SW!o) Is,land,
<br />Section Eleven (II), All in Township Ten (lO) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows:

<br />Commencing at the Northwest Corner of Mainland, Section
<br />Eleven (11), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West, thence South 0~23'00n West along the West line of
<br />the Northwest Quarter (NW\) of said Mainland, Section
<br />Eleven (11), a distance of Eight Hundred Sixty-Six and
<br />Pour Hundredths (866.04) fee~' thence South 89"37'00"
<br />East a distance of Eight He'ired Se"~nty-Five and
<br />sev~nty=Five Hvndredths ~f #.75~ te~t to the point of
<br />beginning; thence continuing South 89" 37' 00" East a
<br />distance of Seven Hundred Sixteen and Thirty Hundredths
<br />(716.30) feet; thence South 0027'15" West a distance of
<br />One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Two and Sixty-Nine
<br />Hundredths (1232.691 feet to the centerline of a Thirty
<br />and No Hundredths (30.001 feet wide Easement for
<br />Roadway Purposes; thence South 50"01'30" West along the
<br />centerline of said Thirty-Foot Easement a distance of
<br />Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven and Forty-Three Hundredths
<br />(937.43) feet; thence North 0023'00" East a distance of
<br />One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Eight and Fifteen
<br />Hundredths (1838.15) feet to the point of beginningr
<br />said tract containing 25.49 acres more or less of which
<br />Q.32 acre more or less is reserved as the North
<br />One-Half (N~) of a Thirty-Foot wide "Easement for Road
<br />Purposes" on the southerly boundary of said tract.

<br />TO RAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns
<br />forever. This Corrective Quitclaim Deed is given for the sole
<br />purpose of correcting an incorrect and inadequate legal descrip-
<br />tion contained in that Quitclaim Deed from Grantor dated
<br />August 8, 1980, and recorded as Document No. 80-004455.
