<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />,This deed, made this ~ day of October 1984, between John A.
<br />Wolf, Trustee; The First National Bank of Grand ISland, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Dr. James T. Butz and Debra D.
<br />Butz, Husband and Wife, and Dr. John K. Pershing and Catherine'
<br />Pershing, Husband and Wife, Trustors.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable considerat'5,on and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration,
<br />did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on January 28, 1983, re-
<br />corded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and identified as document number 83-000487, convey to
<br />Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in the said deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3) in Medical Park Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said
<br />Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men-
<br />tioned and described be now releasee. ;0 said Trustors.
<br />
<br />Therefore, the undersigned,J.Tustee, does hereby release, con-
<br />vey and quit claim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest,
<br />claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through
<br />the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances
<br />and privileges thereunto belonging or appert~ing.
