<br />with any provider of goods or services for or

<br />executlng and delivering the Loan Agreement, and of t.he
<br />Beneficiary's maKlng any loan, advance or other financial

<br />consideration of 1:he varlOUS agreements contained herein and in
<br />the Loan Agreement and the Security Documents, to secure payment
<br />by Grantor of the Liabilities and performace of all of Grantor's
<br />obligations as described herein and for other good and valuable
